I've closed it, and I'd like to make a new price suggestion, but I cannot do so until my reputation is no longer negative. It was not negative before my price suggestion. For anyone else with the same question, the answer I got was: negative reputation depreciates daily, you can also gain rep by voting on price suggestions. Thank you FishCrimes!
