D.Alex Posted March 9, 2020 Share Posted March 9, 2020 You screenshot shows Classifieds page, Buy Orders are created from Stats page, for example https://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Professional Killstreak Kit/Tradable/Non-Craftable/3-201 You can get to the Stats page by hovering over an item and selecting "Stats" in the popup.
