The hat is also a sort of niche all-class with a style that doesn't appeal to everybody. I've seen people trying sell similar hats with the snow effects and not having a lot of luck. I would say that you'd have a hard time getting more than 40 keys for it. It's realistically 30-40. You can get lucky with new effects however and sell them for more than they should be worth though.
