Unusual Sinner's Shade (Steaming, painted white) need help pricing

I recently acquired from a friend a Sinner's Shade unusual, steaming effect, painted white.

 

Apparently the paint looks really rare on this item. So rare in fact BP.tf doesn't even register it (or did not last time I checked).

 

So knowing the current market, how much would you give for this LT unusual?
