BNB Bang Ding Ow
I was thinking that there should be an item where, with out using a decal tool, you can put an image on to it. It would look like the mask a friendly spy wears when he disguises. Can you imagine, being able to put your face on your virtual avatar. That would be super cool. I put an image in to show you what it would look like (I just used Pewds face). #bestphotoshopever. Also, I just used the spy as an example, the mask would be all class. And if there was already a discussion like this before, please tell me. Thank you for your time.

Pixelated
I think that would mess with the gameplay a bit...
Baloo
Decal an item without using a decal. Totally doesn't sound like someone is too stingy/poor to buy one.

knavesmith
You can use custom files to change it. I have the shellnut HUD and it changes the faces of the spy's mask to their shellnut version.
