I saw a buy order for a green ernergy el mostacho at 23, based it of that. PE is usually worth a bit more. You can always list it for more, but 30 keys (pure) is my guess. Equally as desirable effects for cheaper, and if last year's Halloween case hats are anything to go off of, anywhere from 5-15+ more should be unboxed in the next year.
