Twisted is easily the best effect this year and I'm guessing it'll rise a bit after collectors snap up all the good ones. That being said, Phononaut's one of two all-class hats you can get Nebula on, and it's really hard to compete with Nebula pricewise. So over 90, in my opinion, but not more than the Nebula Phononaut.
