1. If a hat has a retired Halloween effect like Darkblaze or SBTWC, is it guaranteed to inflate in price as years pass by?

 

If no, what determines whether it will inflate or not?

 

2. How are the prices of the 3 bat effects ranked??? (SBTWC, Chiroptera Venenata, Poisoned Shadows)

How come eerie orbiting fire is so cheap? I own a 1/1 eerie orbiting fire all class (my other account) and it’s only about 80 keys. What’s even more surprising thing is that it is a first generation Halloween effect.
