Price Check: Strange Law with Rotten Orange Footprints and Spectral Sprectrum

Hello all.  I have a Strange Law, potentially up for trade.  It has Rotten Orange Footprints and Spectral Spectrum Halloween spells on it.  What would an acceptable price range for this hat might be?   Thanks for your consideration.

The only other law with paint and footprint spells is at 20. Try 17 and go down every week it goes unsold. I don't recommend going lower than 14 or 15.

a good price range would be 15-20, im no expert in pricing spelled items though.
