Do scammers in high tier unusual histories decrease its value?

I just realized that scammers in unusual item histories don't affect its value at all compared to a "clean" one. Cuz u never know when a previous owner in the "clean" unusual becomes a scammer or is VAC banned, in which case your "clean" item will mean absolutely nothing.

Not sure what you're trying to say here but 99.9% of people don't care if there are scammers in the history, whether it's short/clean/duped are pretty much the only factors that matter

VAC ban is completely unrelated to trading.VAC ban are those who received a permanent ban on a particular video game due to using cheating programs(hacking) or use other program that triggered the VAC system causing it as if a hack was used but isnt.

there are a few high-tier trader who has a vac ban and nothing affects them from trading.

if you're talking about actual scammers, this doesnt matter at all.if someone buys item but offers less because it was owned by a scammer, they are just trying to find pathetic excuses to buy it cheaper

Aw dude your hat was owned by someone that sold it then became a marked scammer several months later from a completely unrelated event and thus they show up as a scammer in the history, doesn't that history just look yucky now? Tsk tsk. Gonna have to ask for an additional 15% off man, and I'm being generous there.

I mean in most stores having things marked with a big red line means its a clearance price, so same rule applies here
