I know there's a pinned thread for this thing, but it's neither been posted in all year nor has it been updated with the 2019 effects, so screw it I'll make one for the fun of it. Just curious on what the general opinion's going to look like.

it has the same problem Stare/Ooze/Amar have - it's basically a big circular smoke cloud with some extra effects that don't make up for how big and boring the rest of the effect is.

 

I've said it a few times now, but I really feel sorry for the people that genuinely thought FD would be the next Bonzo and paid hundreds of keys on FD hats week 1.

Who knows honestly, people hated Bonzo when it came out, and look what happened. Don't get me wrong, I think FD is disgusting, but markets are weird sometimes.

Abyssal Aura is a good addition. Nice to see some red, some pro killstreak effects look really good against it.

What about the taunt effects: How are they ranked?

I think all the taunts are really nice, but most fall in the shadow of Enchanted, Accursed & Bewitching.

 

Using unusualifier's this scream fortress felt like any outcome was going to be good.

People jizz over Accursed and Bewitched, probably way too excessively for how many there actually are of each taunt. Enchanted is more reasonably priced.

 

Nether Void is affordable and nice, probably underrated

 

I don't know of anyone who legitimately likes the Jarate Shock and variants

I have had a few compliments about Eerie Lightning on my conga, not the other two though
Probably another case of purple>everything else
