I found a buyer, so I closed that trade, but the buyer basically told me to screw off and that Collector's levels are a bunch of bull. So, I've kept it. If you cant access your first outpost trade since you've had too many trades, just do the last one on the 20th page you actually can if you change the number of the page in the url.
