Backpack.tf show's the hat doesn't even exist- It is a Flaming Lantern Tsarboosh that I purchased through an auction for 70 bucks. I have no idea what requirements you need to suggest a price or anything. If someone could help or even make the suggestion I would be greatly appreciative.
