I was banned for having the same IP as someone who was banned

Please help me I was banned by the admin toughsox I got banned because I had the same ip as someone who was banned I told him I don’t know that guy but still got banned for being it’s “alt” account then my brother got banned he told me so ur telling me that u don’t know this guy I said he is my brother I know him then he just locker the van appeal I don’t know what to do please help me me and my brother have one pc I log out of his account then go on mine on his turn he logs out then logs on his account that explains what he said as u just log in seconds after each other like bish please we are not as rich as u what can I do
