Need advice on a trade (sorry if this is the wrong forum to use!!)

I have a trade request come in from the following user:

His profile is private, i checked him on BP.TF, and it shows him as having nothing in his Inventory, I checked his rep profile, showing that he has no bans etc. One of the checks showed he hasnt been online for years, yet now I get this trade notification for the full amount in pure for the following listing:

Again, sorry if this is the wrong forum, I went to put it into the tf2 trading forum but you have to choose wtb/wts so that didnt feel appropriate either. Any advice would be very welcome!

The guy has his profile private for 5months so the user probably aquired items through that time which bp didnt record. I would add the user and ask to make his backpack public just to make sure, but the guy seems fine to trade, he is probably some guy who wants to keep things for him self, nothing to be worried about imo
