Let's say, I have several hundreds of items I want to keep track of and analyze. Surely, the classifieds search endpoint is exactly what I need, but on its documentation page there is a following phrase: No limits are imposed, but abuse will not be tolerated. What would be considered the abuse? Is it bad to make hundreds of requests in a short period of time once every 15/30/60 minutes? Would it be better to do it more smoothly like, for example, one request per second but 24/7? They also suggest there to use a "Notification API", but I have a hard time finding enough info about it.
