Vincent VGKYS
I'm currently getting offered 145k pure for my coldsnap, and it's clean unusual (checked on backpack and tf2items), but he insists I go on "itemrates.com" to completely verify, and he's hurrying me along to check the history, saying "itemrates.com shows the complete history of the unusual". However, I have been goofed on websites similar to this in the past and have lost out on items before, so I want to confirm before I lose anything. https://gyazo.com/fc40724adca59054cd9d29308b9b96bd

Scott Bakula
If a person asks to verify your item in any manner, it is 100% a scam. 24 minutes ago, Vincent VGKYS said: In that case, be aware of https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198876366433 as he's the one insisting I use the website to check my unusual history Few flags to note for that profile: 1) Is already banned on backpack.tf for being a scammer. 2) Profile has no games, but is a super high level 3) Profile is very young (Feb 2019) 4) Tf2 Inventory is completely empty

Unless you're feeble enough to give them your code, in that case, just REVOKE your API Key, change password and Tell steam support to trade ban you for a while
