Is it bannable to trade with banned user who doesn't have scammer tag but is banned for trading or brokering items from scammers? Are we allowed to trade with those people or not? Doesnt that statement say effectively trading with an unknown fence/scammer is allowed?? The person who traded with the scammer surely knew what they were doing? and probably even picked up bad habits from them.
