Disregarding price and generation, Cloud 9 or Circling heart?

Personally, I believe cloud 9 is better because it radiates from your head and is multiple small hearts versus one big heart. Instead of being an orbiting effect, it's like burning flames, with particles being emitted from your head. Which one do you guys prefer?

C9’s definitely better looking. It’s a good low tier effect unlike c heart which is a bad mid tier wffect

Cloud 9 easily.

 

I really don't think any of the 3rd Gen effects are bad, they just got a bad rep because they aren't 1st gen.

Both aren't the easiest sells, C9 has a weird place but arguably no one wants Circling Heart lulw

Man we passed that era, now the 1st gen are the 3rd gen, and the halloween effects are the 1 gen lmao. Also all class 1 gen= the worst 3rd gen.
