abdaferka
So by now I believe everyone has, at least once, been in a pub game where an aimbot joins and spams the chat with their discord. One such person I decided to join the discord with an alt account just to see what happens in these discords, and it's about what you expect. People from games they do this is join and spam chat with large messages until they are kicked. Now in this particular discord they where discussing different hacks they use and promoting a subreddit they created. Now of course discord highly frowns upon people creating servers for use with cheats and hacks, but what is reddits policy. What would the best way be to at the very least cause these people some headache, and at the very most get this person's Reddit account and/or subreddit permanently banned. Ghost
The best way to make cheaters go mad if they are streaming is to kill them over and over or win the game in no time and humiliate them after winning, they usually just ragequit and go looking for another server. Killing them may seem very hard but in reality it is not, a sentry behind a corner with you repairing it over and over behind cover makes an aimbot sniper unable to do shit, if they get close they get shred to pieces, if they shoot the sentry (the only thing they can do) you just keep repairing it, they cant headshot you thru a wall, there's nothing they can do apart from crying and ragequitting. If its an aimbotting soldier (yes, there's aimbotting soldiers, found many spinbot soldiers), just go pyro and airblast their rockets back at their face, in my experience in those cases after 3 kills in a row they just ragequit right away. if its an aimbotting ambassador spy just go heavy, they need to be close otherwise the headshot won't be counted, you can destroy him in a blink of an eye as he decloaks, just keep watching around for suspicious activities and spycheck a lot, they won't be able to do ANYTHING apart from getting dominated and ragequitting. Etc. Just make them feel so useless that they can't win even with cheats, if that happens during a stream too then showing them how awful they are infront of their "audience" is even funnier, also it shows to their audience that if you're a bad player cheats won't make you a good one, you'll still do very poorly anyways. EDIT: Add pyrovision goggles to the gibus for insta-uninstall

abdaferka
I know how to deal with aimhackers, but the point of this post is what can we do about this person who's created a subreddit and is advertising it with their discord link. I know discord suspends accounts linked to cheating or hacking, but what's the story with reddit
_inu
It does not break Reddit's content policy per say but you could still try reporting the sub to them. Anyhow, if you want to make actual impact, just report the their Steam profile. VAC engineers can't adapt VAC when no one reports cheats that may not have been discovered yet or have been updated to bypass it again.
