I feel like every scammer has this profile page

I've had so many people with the exact same profile add me. Same picture, same country, same information. It is almost like scammers think "Hey, what if I just copy this already made profile despite every other scammer having it." Seriously, how many Pollen's are looking to buy quicksells and spells. I've never so many replicated profiles before, it is almost like they are trying to not scam people.

They're always like "yes hello, I am total legit. Here's an entire bio proving it because every normal person details themselves in their Steam description". It always has "Welcome to my steam profile" like it's a store or something.
