Why aren't new unusuals getting put in the unusual section?

minnesota slick is priced. Its just not entered into the database as a possible unusual (Try to suggest a price for the blizz slick and it gives you an error).

I mean unusual hats that have no effects priced yet.

it does, I'm assuming there was some issue grabbing the updated api from steam.
