When I tried to purchase items for $24 CAD, it repeatedly declined my card with no explanation. Very saddening and annoying, and I'm not sure why this is happening. Could I get some assistance? Also if the card you purchases is not the same country as marketplaces payment provider then it will hve been withheld. You will have to ring them up and get it authorised.
