It asks for a " Unique Killstreak Item" not a "Killstreak Equalizer". Any Unique quality Killstreak item will do, it doesn't need to be an Equalizer just because it is an Equalizer Fabricator: https://backpack.tf/classifieds?killstreak_tier=1&quality=6&craftable=1 It looks like there are plenty of suitable items that are currently slightly cheaper than a Killstreak Equalizer.
