I think it depends on what you've got it on. DD + FH/Tornado for Aussies but say you got a team coloured skin like bloom buffed then team shine looks much nice. As for the eye effect so long you got FH/Tornado anything looks great. Oh and Hypno beam is bad. All the colours just depend on whether it matches skins, unusuals or just personal preference.

My favorite is Flames with anything, Team Shine > Manndarin > Emerald/MemeGreen > Violet/HotRod > Daffodil

 

Flames > Tornado > Fire Horns > Incinerator > Discharge > Singularity > Hypno Beam

 

But the difference between how much I like flames over tornado is huge

They are all (except the last two) Team Shine Tornado... so that is my favorite. Every other sheen and effect are my least favorite.

I like anything but pink or green.

 

The effect depends on who it's on. Hypno-beam looks poor on everyone else but decent on Pyro, for example.

I have a mean green hypno beam natscha on heavy. Looks awesome with a green cosmetic theme(arcana fat man field cap) and generally jungle themed. Makes him seems like he is focusing more and more on mowing down enemies
