Dazed & Confused Posted January 5, 2019 Share Posted January 5, 2019 Exactly as I said here: except you can now request some unusual effects (max 3, not including weapon unusuals, with a max of 1) Unusual hat effects are 10 ref for the first one, and 5 ref for any more. Unusual weapon effects cost 10 ref, regardless of hat effects.
