iFishyy
Yeah so I'm building my own rig and was wondering which SSD in your opinion is the better one.Samsung 840 Pro 256 GB / OCZ Vertex4 256 GB SSD?

Pintend
From my personal experience Samsung SSD's are the most reliable drives I have seen outside of Intel SSD's. Sure the Vertex 4 is just as fast if not sometimes faster in some benchmarks but OCZ SSD's are kinda hit and miss in terms of reliability. Reliability is more important than speed in my book so I would choose the 840 Pro.

Pyrocide
I have had both samsung and ocz ssd. Samsung is more reliable and consistent, OCZ is faster. Out of the two though I have no had one fail so far. But I did upgrade the F/W on the OCZ and it seems to be a bit more stable. Personal choice, Samsung.
