Should I take it, negotiate him down, or just shoot him down immediately? Baloo Posted February 7, 2014 Share Posted February 7, 2014 Gatsby is a low-tier hat, Dead Presidents is a new effect that is hard to see in-game (and bad looking, imo). Stahlhelm is highly liked, and though Smoking is a moderately disliked effect, its one that's been around for a long time, and people are used to it since its value is a lot more stable.
