New Easy tag/search option for Killstreak Kits.

At the moment, killstreak kits are a pain to look for and estimate prices for  as all of them are clumped together in a pile of garbage.

A new search option like:

[0] Killstreak Kit

[0] Specialized Killstreak Kit

[0] Professional Killstreak Kit

The search would search for a KS kit for the item in the item search bar like a Rocket Launcher. it would search by what ever kit you had selected. This would make trading them easy. Or even just have a completly new page for killstreak kits with 2 different search options: item, and killstreak type.

Yes please. Finding kits on backpack.tf is such a pain.

I've been flipping fabricators and kits for years and never had any problems selling them. People who know how to use search effectively seem to find them perfectly. Maybe you should look into learning how to use the search properly and then just modify bookmarked URLs to adjust your own "search" settings. I'm pretty much sure thats what most people do.

Funny, it does not show the exact weapon you are searching for... That is avoiding the issue, not solving it. Someone should not have to know how to alter a url just to try to find an item they are looking for.

This IS easy to search for.

 

Open advanced search

You type in the name of the weapon

Click on 'find listings containing this item' and change it to 'find recipes where output is used on this item'

go down to killstreaker and select basic,spec or pro.

you can even narrow it down to sheen and eye effect.

 

perhaps you never saw the 3 little dots at the end of the search bar for advanced search options?? Idk but it's easy AF to find kits

I've tried this, and it would not work for me. I tried multiple different ways to get it to work, but nothing did what i wanted. No items at all would show up

what browser are you using? explorer windows 7

For eg Rocket launcher

yup. same principle. under the advanced search, in effects just choose the appropriate one ie orb, cool, hot, isotope. ez pz
