Reporting this guy for Abusing Premium Powers. The guy I'm talking about is called Whopz, as I had stated it on the Title. He has been banned on TF2 Outpost for Selling Stolen / Hijacked Items. He had been turned to Private Backpack ever since. He is now using Classifieds, to quicksell items, which was maybe Stolen / Hijacked. I don't like him, but this reporting for sharking non-sense when there was none taken place (at worst it was a decent deal on his part) is getting old, really fast. However he still buys stolen goods, and is persistent on quickselling stuff to me. What you're reporting him for is literally making a decent deal (not even a super profit like you make it out to be). You have zero proof if he used deceptive strategies to obtain the hats for cheap, or if he added other stuff not seen through the backpack like cash/games. His bp kept growing with multiple buds every day and few weeks later he had a MN/DBD KE. I always found him suspicious.. He also seems to quicksell literally everything. Even hats with 1st gen effects. And now it seems he is buying(sharking) hats with no prices for absurd low prices. (The frontrunner for instance) Anyways, good proofs. Upfart from me. polar Posted February 5, 2014 Share Posted February 5, 2014 As indicated, we don't ban for sharking. Locking for now. Claiming that someone is a hijacker's fence is a serious accusation. We've had numerous cases where people (me included) thought someone was buying hijacked unusuals but in reality they bought the hat from a fence and are actually 2-3 sellers down from the hijacker himself - a chain of quicksells. If you have solid proof that he is buying directly from a hijacker, then let me know and I can unlock this thread.
