DankJaguar
Why do people blame backpack.tf for the rise in price of keys? It's not backpack.tf's fault, its a very simple reason why. Since refined metal is always being created from players who get free weapons over a course of years there is going to be a bunch a refined metal created therefore dropping its price. In my opinion the economy isn't that bad, you may not be able to trade a up from a scrap to unusual but a key to unusual is still easy. Refined metal isn't that good of a currency because it can be created by anyone for free. Keys on the other hand have to be bought for around 2.30 - 2.49 depending on where you buy them, and it has been like that for years making it the best currency for TF2. Refined metal will keep dropping in price but keys will always stay at the same price.

Hahaha LMAO Game with 50k+ players every day and now hallowen update boosted even more playerbase. TF2 looks pretty fine. They can say whatever they want but truth is different. SVENNEN123
If you check the stats for active players on steam this game is clearly not dead in any way. And as long as its still very much alive valve wont have to do anything else really

I'm not trying to say its dead because its still very alive.

DrDanthrax99
Don't forget the in-game chat, loads of toxicity to be found there. Also, TF2 has been either dead or dying as long as I can remember, back to when I bought the game before the Hatless Update. I know I'm stating the obvious, but keys are so expensive in ref because one ref is worth $0.04. With one key being at 40 ref, and one ref being worth $0.04, one key is worth $1.60. Anyone who doesn't understand that probably lacks the math skills to make a profit trading anyway.
