Ethico
Hello, this is my first time I do this sort of thing so please be patient with me. Anyways.. I want to expose a couple of what i suspect to be bots. They seem to be only provinent on backpack.tf and usually go at low teir unusual listings. The reason why I think these profiles are run by bots under the same owner is that they all are very similar to eachother. They usually have a low amount of hours on tf2, private or near empty inventories but what really stood out is that they always have the same bio Here's some screenshots i took from the profiles I've encountered: 1. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198850908127https://gyazo.com/8dc83f12b7765540b16e9e7f4481427a 2. https://steamcommunity.com/id/sam_tradehttps://gyazo.com/45ebd5a0ab68e0c66459673a9bf1e88a 3. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198851039067https://gyazo.com/3c86d734a82a6f27e9c56219becdd2da 4. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198851247503https://gyazo.com/0891b6710ba2221b080b9f4df26b7edc As you can see they have near identical bios, two of them even share the same picture (3 and 4) and two share They always state that they will only trade through marketplace.tf or "mp.tf" so i suspect that the owner might run a larger website used to hijack steamprofiles, creditcards etc.
D.Alex
Yes, all these Steam profiles belong to the same scammer (or a group). They usually try to get you to "sign in" to a Fake Steam Login website. They all already have multiple -trusts on their backpack.tf profiles: 1, 2, 3, 4. I'll use this opportunity to remind everyone how not to get phished and about this scam in general.
Zeus_Junior
Looks like more Cherry alts, as if he didn’t already have 30... If you haven’t already, report their profile by going to their backpack.tf profile and clicking the red flag under their name
Keks
yep. number 3 actually held a fake giveaway and used these accounts to make it look legit edit: nvm, its a different guy, but they're still in the same net of alt accounts
