More realistic is 3 - 4 keys, MAYBE 5 keys if someone really wants it (as we are getting closer to Scream Fortress). Realize that spell cosmetics are VERY hard to sell at that high rate. The Tyrannus is not worth anymore than it's non-spelled counterparts (in general, spells don't do much to unusuals, Voices spell rarely add value to any item, unusual or not).
