Mengh. Posted September 4, 2018 Share Posted September 4, 2018 Try deleting your cache and cookies for Backpack.tf. Had a similar problem when the site would load half or only some parts of the page 1-2 days ago like you've shown and clearing my save of the site got rid of it.
