ok so,with your windows shortcut for steam(or make a new one),right click it then click properties,
then add this under target: xxxxSteam.exe" -nochatui -nofriendsui
^make sure thier is a space, this puts it back to normal
The cmd is: -nochatui -nofriendsui

Do you appear as online in when browsing your steam Library?

Are you set to Offline instead of Away, Invisible, Online?

Can you access https://steamcommunity.com/chat

The link is working for me, thats the webchat, although it takes a couple seconds to do something now, was faster a few days ago.

My chat settings(online/offline) work fine(like the web chat) but I can't open trade offers in the client for the last few days... not sure if it's cos of the UI since it worked fine for a while.

I just hope they pull themselves together and fix all the bugs that should've been fixed in the beta

Did you try another computer?

Do you run antivirus on your computer?

You could try logging into your account on a different computer.

If you run antivirus, try and disabling it or uninstalling for a bit to test if it works.

I had some issues running certain games until I uninstalled my antivirus...
