Bocks Posted July 28, 2018 Share Posted July 28, 2018 Low-crafts are considered as such when you see a #1-100 in the hat's name (unmodified), only the first 100 crafted hats of its kind receive a special name like this. For instance, if you see "#99" next to a hats' name, it would be the 99th crafted hat of its kind.
