Either get a cheap hat and some weapons for yourself, or buy something that you can sell to a bot for more. That's really all you can do with that little. And keep in mind, if you're going to go that route, it's not at all profitable since you'll be making literal pennies per trade. You'd probably have better luck searching the streets for loose change. If you want to make money off trading, put $20-30 into the game and start flipping low-tier unusuals.
