This is due to one negative reputation that I have been trying to dispute for the last three years. I've been recently trying to paypal trade, and this single negative reputation has been giving me a hard time, as my profile displays me as a threat for trading. I was wondering who I may speak to over the problem, I feel I may be more effective in explaining the negative report and why it should not be on my profile. I hope I don't sound too rude, thank you!
