You can use the api and just refresh it to get the lighting tho https://backpack.tf/api/IAutomatic/IHeartBeat?i_understand_the_risks=true&method=alive&version=1.3.3&steamid=USERNAMEtoken=USERTOKENbuy_orders=true Replace "USERNAME" with your steam username. And "USERTOKEN" with your bp token https://backpack.tf/connections found there. Just use a auto refresh extension on your browser and it should be good. Refresh that link every 5 min or so any you are gucci. Again automatic doesn't work properly and isn't advised to be used because you may lose your items. However this API isn't a bot and therefore no risk of your items being lost. It is just the lighting bolt symbol on your classified listings.
