I will leave out unusual taunts effects due to them being crashed and so common and also not fiting well with other hat effects. Also, I will leave out weapon unusuals since they do not fit well what so ever. Feel Free to commet! Ancient and Galactic are not high tier, and the hat protectors are neither high nor mid, in my opinion, and are definitely the lowest tier of the invasion effects, but their average value is quite affected by the fact that one of the few cosmetics they are available on is an all class misc, and another is an expensive elite grade. Also I don't know whether this is just me but I don't normally consider Eerie orbiting fire mid tier. Also I find DbD very desirable according to a lot of traders, so I'd probably move that one up to mid tier, given it is often comparable to haunted ghosts and other similar effects.
