Erik
https://old.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensiveTrade/comments/8sewri/psa_dutch_steam_users_will_not_be_able_to_trade/ All people from the Netherlands can not trade any Dota2/CSGO items (through offers/scm etc) due to the the fact that the opening of loot boxes in certain games is in conflict with our law. For now, TF2 isn't ''banned'' yet, though the concept is basically the same. This means that every dutch CSGO/Dota2 trader is not able to trade their items, thus being stuck with items in their backpack for however long this ban is. So if your dota2 inventory is $2000 and you can't trade it, well, then it's practically worthless. Thoughts? Will Valve be able to find a solution and prevent more countries from doing the same? How do they know one is from the Netherlands and isn't there someway to bypass this?

killerpanda993
I'd say if you have a 5000-6000 dollar inventory in csgo or dota, making a trip out of the country would be a good option.
