He should wear a white slick cut with frostbite, normal brush with death, normal medical mystery. Pose him with the cape flapping, standing with australium medi-gun(team shine) in one hand and crossbow(hot rod) in other. Incinerator team shine eye effect, blu team. Pose kinda like below.
