Why do people care about craft # and should valve add in effect for it ?

So we all know there exist a useless thing in the game called craft number. It have no special effect or look and plainly just a "#x". Teammates cannot see the craft number unless they waste like 5 seconds of battle time to scan your freaking outfit. Cam Kill also won't let you see it because pressing "F" is useless. 1 of 1 you says ? Well so is #wxyz but they are still worth normal price.Do you think Valve should make ≤#100 have a circling number effect just so it would be more "Worth-it" or add in like sparkle or some fabulous crap.

Adding effects to low craft numbers would be beyond stupid.  Next thing you know, you'd want an orbiting G for genuine & orbiting V for vintage.  It already attaches a special tag to your item, so get over it.

Not really to be honest. Craft number hats have a charm. They are the exact same as other hats but with a number attached to the name.

They are different but it's in a way to show that you're not cocky to anybody else about it.

that's why you go for numbered originals so people are forced to see that shit because you're always in their killcam

The ortherday I had a request from someone who was looking for items crafted by a certain guy. For examle, someone may want to collecy items crafted by Long218 because he is famous here. So he went around asking traders for help looking for these items aling with searching. From a point of view that's probably a little kooler.
