Those admin responses. Damn. Seems like they legitimately want to get a rise out of people simply for caring about a service of their site? (albeit a free one that they had every right to take down obviously) And now Geel is in there, dis gon be good

O, butanes just a cunt; i've had him tell me to go fuck myself because i told a user that he was posting in the wrong section (and directing him to the correct one).

tl;dr for entire thread pl0x?

SOP deleted all trading and rep threads. And is now done with trading.

SOP died a year and half ago, what are you talking about?

Pretty much everyone still used sop for rep.

YES! I USED TF2-TRADER :D

but really, thats pretty harsh. Not only is that the majority of there traffic gone, but a bunch of people lost out of years of reputation.

Dat incoming scam-wave 'I'm sorry, my SOP rep-thread got deleted.'

Very true, but there's hope, I can't remember the site, but it does document deleted webpages. Someone linked me it showing the old TF2 Outpost when I wanted to compare the changes.

Yep. Or people trying to find archived threads somewhere on google, and screenshotting everything but the last few posts (where said person has been called a scammer)

Yeah just found it, sadly it does not document each thread, only the topic

So the founder's a scammer? Wat

the founder of the trusted seller group.

And no bazaar rep is about as meaningful as profile rep.

You also can't view the threads anyway as they require a log-in to see.

I am glad I never used Sourceop for trading. Tf2-trader seems like a more better and reasonable site to use. Also, there are lots of people complaining about admins banning them for no reason whatsoever including my older brother(He got banned on Sourceop forums suddenly out of nowhere about 1-2 weeks ago). Glad that we are over with Sourceop, here comes Tf2-trader

As someone who's used it for rep over the past 1~2 years of paypal trading, this blows.

Though, after reading that thread and seeing how terribly childish and rude the staff there are, I'm glad that I don't have to use their service anymore.  (I understand I didn't have to before, but once you start building rep somewhere, you don't really want to change.)

Their staff/admins have been very rude to other users and abusing their powers banning users for nothing and whatnot. Sorry for your loss though, I knew Sourceop would do something like this since they never seem to have cared for people at all (You can see it on the thread and what the admins posted).
