d0 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 You get them from event keys (i.e winter keys) that expire - then they turn uncraftable. Don't expect to get more from it, even tho a few people manage to sell them for like .11-.33 more.
