Pink Windmill Kid
I have little to no knowledge on pcs let alone how building one. So, I had someone make this build, but before I tell him to buy the parts and build it, I thought it would be a good idea to see what the professionals (used loosely) have to day about this build. Again, keep in mind I have teeny tiny brain when it comes to building a system so speak in layman's terms I guess. I really just want to know how well it will be able to run new games (mostly fps) with graphics on ultra. I really appreciate the feedback. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nGLHCy
AwesomeMcCoolName
There are two CPU coolers (you obviously only need one -- and I would personally stick with Ryzen's stock cooler at first to see if you can overclock to 4ghz before it becomes too loud). Get a dual channel memory kit (2x8gb). An RX550 can maybe run at 720p high...maybe....Oh, and fire whoever made that list. Piterek
You won't be able to run new games above 30 fps on ultra on it. Edit: Take the above set. It will run games in ultra on 30 fps and above. It's just way more better than yours. @AwesomeMcCoolName Yea, true. 550 is just too cheap for this. It is like a puzzle, if it doesn't fit it probably doesn't go there. I managed to build my computer after watching a few linus tech tips and newegg build videos. Most wires are labelled where they go on the motherboard. My biggest problem when I built mine was mixing up screws. I literally spent an hour trying to screw in my mobo only to realize it was the wrong screws, because they were only slightly different.
