He never asked about giftwrappable items, I'm sure he knows that. He asked about giftwrapped items, as in items that were giftwrapped prior to the changes.

This isn't the thread for that, and in any case it was never possible to gift wrap a Mann Co Cap so there are precisely 0 gift wrapped ones and your trade request can never be fulfilled.
