A reason for accepting/closing a suggestion

Just like the topic says, can all admins who approve/disapprove suggestion give a vaild reason ( post a comment explaining their decision) why the suggestion got approved/disapproved? like this one for example :

http://backpack.tf/vote/id/52ca6dfa4dd7b84e618b4568

Well, i get why it's approved but if you look at all the trades below 1 key, they're all sold quickly and should be considered as quick-sale right? there's even a counter-proof that it was sold for 1 key, yet it was accepted, i was wondering why? so it might be better if the admin gives a reason when closing/accepting a suggestion..

Christley who provided the counterproof (who was talking with me at the time) said he upvoted the suggestion himself.

It's clear that pretty much all new festive items are dropping, I know that for a fact since I've been following most of them.

1key is still in the range - because they do sell at 1key, but it's quite easy to found one below as well.

We only do this when we go against the community vote. When the vote is positive and the proof provided is deemed sufficient, we typically do not comment. It would add another time consuming step to the thousands of suggestions we assess per month. If you have a problem with a suggestion, you are welcome to make a counter-suggestion or to raise issues in a suggestion question thread - http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/75-guidelines-for-suggestion-question-threads/
