Help giving an estimate on unpriced unusual?

Hi i recently traded for this unpriced unusual (i know its a risk) and i'm wondering on whats its worth. i'm currently selling it for 40 keys as that is what the guy i bought it from was selling it for, It's currently the only one in existence. (If its below 25 keys i'm going to be really sad lol)
