i know that i may be wrong and the admin is right... but im not very agree and feel my suggestion were still should be accepted

 

i wanted to raise the haunted bat outta hell from 2 ref to 2-3 ref because i sold them easily for 3 ref and my trade were one of the very few legit trades on the market. all the market are taking offers, old, selling as sets, killstreaks and such

not saying that what you (mr. bucket) did is clearly wrong, but i feel this item still should rise if its very rare and easy to sell for 1 ref more its real price

im also open for opinions of people here if the item should rise

Well even if they are old, they are still on the market. I still think it's a common item, as I define a "non-common" or rare item as like an unusual or a dirty conjurer's cowl, for example.
